I offer a diversity of programs customized to each individual client's needs, from Weight Loss to Muscle Gain, Rehabilitation and Overall Body Improvement, Prevention, and Sports Therapy.

My approach to personal training is more innovative because I offer a five-minute pre- and post-workout passive/PNF stretching sequence and a five-minute chair massage or 10 to 20 minute table massage along with the workouts by incorporating a variety of exercises including isometric, balance and coordination, cardiovascular, and strength training. I refer to this program as “Therapeutic Fitness Training.”

My program has helped clients with Parkinson's, neuropathy, sciatica, hip and lower back pain, posture problems, frozen shoulder, neck problems, balance problems and many other conditions. Every client has specific needs, goals and limitations so I design an appropriate customized program that best suits the individual's needs. Someone might want to be bigger, more definition or tone up, weight loss, be more flexible, and my "Therapeutic Fitness Training" program addresses all of these goals.

My "Therapeutic Fitness Training" also includes nutritional consulting,
supplements and meal plans.
